I am sure I am one among thousands who are disappointed to hear that Audio Excellence in Yorkville is gone. Call me from Missouri, but I didn’t believe and actually travelled to Yorkville to see for myself. Alas, it is true. I am e-mailing to say, ‘many thanks’. It was in fact a cable from the processor to the amp. It was a loose connection within the cable itself and once it was taken care of it was fixed. Peter, I just wanted to pass on my thanks for setting me up with this turntable. It is PHENOMENAL!!! ..... from the first time the needle hit the vinyl, I was absolutely hooked. Nothing I have listened to on my system has sounded this good, and it is not even broken in yet! .... I compared my CD of Miles Davis - Kind of Blue to the new 200g vinyl version I just got and it isn't even close to a fair fight. The vinyl kills the CD.
